Inland Rivers, Ports & Terminals, Inc. (IRPT) is led by a dedicated staff engaged in the daily issues impacting our Members including legislation, regulation, policy, operations and more.

IRPT is governed by a Board of Directors, composed of five (5) officers, Basin Directors and Directors At Large.

The five (5) officers, designated as the Executive Committee, consist of:

  • Chairman of the Board
  • President
  • 1st Vice-President
  • 2nd Vice-President
  • Secretary/Treasurer.

Basin Directors are elected by the Members in designated navigable river basins. A full list of Officers and Directors can be found here, which consist of 5 Officers and 33 Basin Directors. Together, the represent the finest industry professionals as chosen by the Members of the Association.
