Scheduled Obstruction: Mobile Harbor

Notice is given to mariners that a temporary obstruction of the Mobile River on Monday, January 22, 2024, from approximately 0800 - 1000 in the vicinity of the Pinto Island Terminal at the Alabama State Port Authority. This obstruction is necessary to float a pipeline on the Mobile River that was used to support dredging operations.

The main contact for the operation will be the dredge HENRY A. The cell phone number to the dredge is (985) 703-2246. The dredge HENRY A will be standing by on channels 13/16 and 71 VHF/FM. The contact person for Maintenance Dredging LLC. is Mr. Justin Tassin and can be contacted at (504) 782-0995.
