Harvey Lock Scheduled Intermittent Closures 29 Jan – 2 Feb 2024

Mariners are advised that Harvey Lock will be intermittently closed during daylight hours, beginning on 29 January 2024 from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until 5:00 p.m., for a U.S. Government Maintenance Unit making repairs to the miter gate strut arm and replacing the lock wall chamber lights.

The intermittent closures will then resume on 30 January 2024 and continue through 2 February 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day, for the repairs and light replacement work.

Algiers Lock can be used as an alternate route.
