High-Water plan reviews

Good afternoon,

With the rising river levels on the Cairo gauge. MSU Paducah would like to advise our port partners to please review their high-water safety plans and prepare to implement wire double up/triple up practices as necessary at their fleeting areas and tows. Please share this email to those who would benefit from reviewing said plans as we approach high water phases on the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. Thank you.
