Prime Focus LLC. Has been providing consulting services since 2001. Prime Focus LLC is a certified DBE and WBE firm, and a certified Woman owned business with clients in China, Canada, UK, Spain, Mexico and the U.S. Project work includes, strategic planning, intermodal terminal development, financing, ag containerization, chassis analysis, site assessments, intermodal logistics, outsourcing, policy and research.

Selected Accomplishments include:

  • A $10 Million Tiger Grant for Port of Northern Montana
  • Planning justification for the development of an Intermodal Terminal in Duluth, MN
  • Launch of a non-asset based division for Schneider Optimodal
  • Author of an Intermodal Chassis Guidebook
