Port Milwaukee

Located on the western shore of Lake Michigan, Port Milwaukee has sixteen (16) berths for vessels, each capable of handling Seaway max vessels.  The Port also has two dedicated barge berths. Port Milwaukee provides over 330,000 SF of covered warehouse space for bulk, steel and general cargoes, including 30,000 SF of climate- controlled space. It is served by two Class I railroads (Canadian Pacific and Union Pacific) and has direct access to I-94 and US-794.

The Port offers an operational flexibility unique to the western Great Lakes and the inland waterway system. Terminals designed for the efficient handling of general and project cargoes, roll on/ roll off, dry and liquid bulk and heavy lifts up to three hundred tons, provide vessel owners and cargo interests with safe, efficient and cost-effective cargo handling services.
