Thirty-Four Years of Building Communities
Greystone Construction Company was formed in 1987. Kevin O’Brien, one of the founding members, became President in 1989 and moved the company forward with his vision of combining professional construction management with pre-engineered building systems. Thirty-four years later, Greystone is a respected and well-established general contractor.
Improving operational efficiency and speed of service
ALCIVIA’s new 28,800-ton dry fertilizer facility is state-of-the-art. The goals of the expansion project were to bring additional dry fertilizer storage capacity while improving customer service, operational efficiency, and speed of service for members. The increased capacity also allows the cooperative to take larger product positions and capture freight savings.
