Speakers 

Michael C. Redmond
Michael C. Redmond is the DCISO for Louisville, KY.  She has a PhD; two MBA’s including an MBA in Risk Management, and is completing her Thesis for a third MBA in Information Security. She has many certifications including ISO 27035, Incident Response, which she will be speaking on.

Michael spent 4 years on active duty with the army and 18 1/2 years as National Guard and Reserve before retiring as a Lieutenant colonel. She is a graduate of Command & General Staff College (Fort Leavenworth), attended civil affairs courses at the US Army JFK School of Special Warfare and is Hazmat trained and DOD certified.

The White House honored Michael at a luncheon as one of the Top Women in the field of Business Continuity. She was selected by the UN to write the introduction for the Risk Management chapter of a book the UN created on Disaster Recovery, which was given to the leader of each Member State.

Jay is a multi-certified Information Security Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) and with more than 40 years of professional experience, which includes Security & Compliance, Integration and Transformation Initiatives, IS Management Process and Operational Metrics Definition and Documentation. Customers include Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. (CHNCT), Cigna Insurance, Microsoft, Rogers Communications, GM, AT&T, USMC, US Air Force, US ARMY and DISA. Other customers include banks, government agencies, health agencies and providers.

Colin Glover
Colin Glover is the Cybersecurity Adviser/Cybersecurity State Coordinator for Kentucky. In this position, Colin serves as the liaison between Federal services and State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal Governments, Critical Infrastructure and the Private Sector. Colin provides direct coordination, outreach and support in order to protect cyber components essential to the sustainability, preparedness, and protection of the Nation’s Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and State, Local, Territorial and Tribal governments. Colin has previously held positions within the private sector assisting companies achieve their cybersecurity goals and, in the DoD, where he served as a Counterintelligence Special Agent for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. Amongst other duties, he worked with Cleared Contractors to secure their networks against advanced threats. Colin has a Master’s in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia, and holds several certifications to include CISSP, CEH, and CISA.
