A Government mooring buoy in Bolivar has been observed adrift in the intracoastal waterway approximately .5 nautical mile West of Mile Marker 345 near the north bank.

Mariners are advised to keep a sharp lookout and ensure proper meeting arrangements are made while transiting this area.
