Reference Navigation Bulletin No. 23-103, dated 14 August 2023, stating that commencing at 10:00 a.m. on 14 August 2023 and continuing until further notice, Catfish Point Control Structure will go into a restricted locking procedure because of low water and high salinity in Grand Lake.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, CATFISH POINT CONTROL STRUCTURE HAS RESUMED NORMAL LOCKING OPERATIONS.
