Carla Adduci Joins Civil and Environmental Consultants as Air Quality Principal

Carla Adduci joins CEC Philadelphia as a Principal in our Air Quality practice. Carla has over 31 years of experience as an environmental professional in air quality engineering, permitting, pollution control, regulatory development, and compliance assistance.

Carla has expertise in managing projects in the energy sector to provide high-quality environmental solutions aligned with client and regulatory goals. Her project experience spans multiple states including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and more. In her previous role, she worked as a Managing Consultant for projects with revenue totaling over $1 million. Carla has developed compliance tracking and training tools for clients throughout various industries. Additionally, she has mentored junior team members while staying versed in federal and state air regulations and sustainability goals.

Carla has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Marshall University. She is a member of the Air & Waste Management Association and the New York Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network.
